We look for the most cost effective and best quality way for you to produce parts on equipment that we provide. All of our equipment is designed and manufactured to exceed your needs both today and for years to come.

We also offer prototyping services for catalytic converters in sizes up to 400mm in both round and   non-round configurations. We provide pre and post sizing GBD prototyping and production systems with all necessary data compiled for you to present to your quality department and your customers.

In addition to equipment we also provide industry standard tooling for other manufactures machines as well.

End Formers

GWS Tube Forming Solutions® Inc. offers a complete Line of end forming equipment. We produce IO ID/OD. , Rotary out feed bead and flaring, ram type forming machines in standalone or multi head configurations. All GWS machines take industry standard tools and are available in both full CNC controlled our manual (PLC) controlled versions. These machines are available as fully hydraulic, fully electric and also hybrid versions.

Catalytic Converter Systems

GWS Tube Forming Solutions® Inc. has been in the forefront of catalytic converter manufacturing systems for 16 years. We Provide pre and post size GBD systems for both round and non-round converters. Our specialty is in post sizing non round parts which we hold a patent for in numerous countries around the world. We provide complete turnkey cell packages in either fully automated component handling, manual component handling, or a combination of both. This allows our customers a choice when it comes to capital cost vs high and low labor cost countries. All of our systems are fully electric, thus cutting down on noise as well as operating costs. We offer systems for both passenger car and commercial vehicle in sizes up to 400mm.

Bending

GWS Tube Forming Solutions® Inc. developed and manufactures an extrusion bender for hard to bend short tubes up to 75mm in diameter. This machine was developed to bend tubes that are single bend parts up to 70° with minimal straight length on the ends. It also allows for single and multi-plane bent parts with negative and short tangent distances between the bends. These benders come in either three axis with blade end trimming or up to 11 axis CNC with interpolation cutting as well as end forming capabilities with up to 8% of the finished part length in offal.

Tube Trimming

We offer straight shear and nick and shear type tube trimming equipment, as well as Interpolation cut trimming equipment. The interpolation cut trimming equipment is fully CNC controlled and allows for the end trimming of both round and shaped parts.

For the blade shearing systems we offer systems for thin wall tubing as well as heavy wall hydro-formed tubing for vehicle frame rails.
